Your plan is one prepaid payment for its selected period. Ask about renewal and plan changes before the term ends. A monthly equivalent helps comparison; it is not monthly billing.
Clear refund conditions
New subscriptions only: contact support within seven days from purchase, with support first and one refund per customer. Renewals, upgrades, customer internet/ISP or setup issues, occasional buffering and minor downtime are excluded. Approved refunds use the original method, with 3–5 business days processing.
