How information moves when you browse kopentv.tv, prepare a request or continue to the shared checkout. Updated .
The short version
- Kopen TV is the information and plan-selection site. IPTV Services handles orders, account delivery and support through its own checkout and contact channels.
- The shared Tawk chat loads automatically on every page. It can receive technical information before you open a conversation.
- Local trial and channel-check tools prepare messages in your browser. A prepared message is not an automatically submitted request; you choose to send it using WhatsApp or email.
- Checkout links carry your selected plan and referral information to iptvservices.online. Payment details are entered there or with its payment provider, not into a Kopen TV card form.
Hosting and native media
Vercel delivers this site and receives the technical information needed for a web request, such as your IP address, requested page and browser details. Its hosting and security logs are handled under Vercel’s privacy policy. Site fonts, images and first-party scripts are served from this site.
Selections, requests and browser storage
Plan controls work in your browser. Selection parameters such as connections=2 may appear in a duration-page address so that a link can preserve your chosen screen count. The channel-check and trial composers build an unsent message; typing into them does not submit their contents to a Kopen TV form endpoint.
The short branded entry animation may use a session-storage flag to remember that it has already appeared in that tab. This is a display preference, not an account. The site does not require a Kopen TV login. Third-party chat storage is separate, as described below.
Automatic live chat
Tawk.to provides the shared chat on behalf of IPTV Services. Its script loads automatically when you visit a page, without waiting for a chat-button click. Tawk can process your IP address, browser and device details, page visited and service identifiers, and may store cookies or browser identifiers to run and maintain the conversation. If you use chat, the text and contact information you provide are handled by Tawk and the support team. Read the Tawk.to privacy policy.
You can close the native widget or use email instead of starting a conversation. Closing the widget does not undo information already sent when its script loaded. Browser privacy controls may block the widget; the email and WhatsApp links remain available.
WhatsApp and email
These links open a message to IPTV Services in your chosen app. Some prefill the brand, question or selected plan. You can review and edit the message, then decide whether to send it. WhatsApp and your email provider process messages under their own policies. Avoid sending payment-card numbers, unrelated passwords or public screenshots containing subscription credentials.
Checkout and order information
A subscription checkout link sends the duration, simultaneous connections, full USD total and product reference to iptvservices.online. It also carries utm_source=kopentv.tv, utm_medium=referral and utm_campaign=subscription to identify the referral. Information entered into checkout, payment or support is handled by IPTV Services and the relevant providers under its privacy policy.
The local free-trial page is a request composer; it does not send you to the seller’s trial registration page or activate an account.
