Setup
Setting up Kopen TV means signing in to a player app on your device with the details IPTV Services emails you. This hub explains those details, the two common sign-in methods, and the general steps for each kind of device.
A familiar screen. A clear next step.
Jump straight to the notes for your screen. These are general preparation steps; the exact application and model decide which menus you see.

Use the server, username and password or full M3U link supplied for your account. Keep credentials out of public screenshots.
Sign in on one device, check your priority programmes and let the usual viewer try the controls before adding other screens.
Kopen TV has not yet published tested, screen-by-screen instructions for specific player apps, and player menus change often. These steps describe what is common to most players. If yours looks different, ask IPTV Services support about the exact model, player and screen you are using.
After payment confirmation, IPTV Services supplies your username, password and M3U link, along with the server address many players ask for. Check spam or promotions folders if it is not in your inbox, and keep the email private — the details are for your household.
| Method | What you enter | Good to know |
|---|---|---|
| Xtream Codes | Server address, username, password | Offered by many IPTV players; usually loads live channels, the TV guide and the on-demand library as separate sections. |
| M3U link | One long web address | Works in more apps, including some general media players. Paste the whole link without spaces. |
| Device code / MAC | Code shown by the app or box | Used by some TV players and set-top boxes. Activation is handled by the app maker or needs help from support. |

| Problem | Try this |
|---|---|
| Login failed or “invalid credentials” | Retype rather than paste if the TV keyboard adds spaces. Check the server address exactly as written, including any http:// prefix and port number. |
| The channel list is empty | Allow the first load to finish, then use the player’s refresh or reload-playlist option. If you used the M3U link, make sure the whole link was pasted. |
| The TV guide is empty or wrong | Use the player’s option to update the guide (EPG). If times are off by hours, check the time-zone setting in the player and on the device. |
| Buffering or freezing | Try another channel to see if it is one stream or all of them. Move to a wired connection or closer to the router, and restart the router and device. Note whether the issue affects one source, one device or unrelated internet services too. |
| “Maximum connections” or a stream will not start | Another screen may still be playing. Stop playback on other devices, or check how many connections your plan has. |
| It worked, then stopped | Check whether your trial or term has ended. Plans do not renew automatically. |
